Processing time may be longer during holidays or high-demand periods.

Estimated delivery time:
- 5–10 business days for most locations
- Additional time for remote areas
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.
4. Tracking Information
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed or sent via SMS.
You can track your order using the courier’s tracking page.
5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Maxkart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Courier service delays
If an order returns to us due to such issues, reshipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Take photos or video immediately
- Contact support@mymaxkart.com within 48 hours
We will assist with a replacement or refund.
