REFUND & RETURN POLICY — Maxkart

1. Return Eligibility


A return or replacement request may be accepted subject to verification if all the following conditions are met:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The product is unused and in its original packaging

The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery


Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.



2. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit:

Personal care and hygiene products

Used or altered items

Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories

Clearance or discounted items



3. Return Process


To initiate a return or replacement:

1. Email us at support@mymaxkart.com within 48 hours of delivery

2. Share your order ID along with clear photos or videos of the issue

3. Our support team will review the request

4. Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be initiated as applicable


Maxkart reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after verification.



4. Refunds


Refunds are initiated if:

A replacement is not available, or

The returned product successfully passes quality inspection


Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.



5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are packed or shipped

If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact our support team to check availability


Cancellation requests are subject to order status at the time of contact.



6. Delivery-Related Issues


If you receive:

A wrong product

Missing items

A damaged shipment


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos for assistance.
